IBEx has formed kitty to take care and provide financial assistance for meeting employees Medical, Education, Household requirements. They are made to understand the necessity of saving for a “RAINY DAY”. We are PIONEERS in providing such facility to the employees, in the courier industry: The kitty is directed by the Management, who has effective control over the functioning. 

As spiritual activity can never take a back seat, annually “SATYANARAYAN POOJAS“ are performed at each service centre. Every person would like to have a healthy mind and physics ( ie. Healthy Body ). Human beings do posses the quality in various degrees. To develop the same 'IBEx SPORTS CLUB’ will be formed. Talents will be groomed. Differences are forgotten, and members from all categories, come to partake in sporting activities. We are confident that they will crave a “NOTCH” for IBEx at the state level. Cricket, Chess, Carrom, Kabbadi, Rangoli competitions / tournaments are held which provide ample scope to our employees. On “Labour Day “ the achievers are Honoured and presented suitable Awards.

IBEx believes imparting education is a continuous process needed to keep pace with changing times. Some of our employees may not be familiar with the Advance Banking facilities and its advantages. IBEx in conjunction with ICICI Bank achieved this by arranging “DEBIT CARD” resulting in SAVING AWARENESS and NEED BASED WITHDRAWALS.

On every memorable “special day” in the lives of our staff we do share their special moments by ensuring that our wishes reach them by way of special greetings through IBEx, Staff members celebrate their Birthdays, wedding anniversary , etc. in the office along with their colleagues and management.
