I-OPS
We have i-OPS, an internally developed comprehensive operation driven system. i-OPS, tailor-made software for us, captures the complete operation at all stages of transportation, right from booking to the final delivery of the consignment. The data captured by i-OPS helps the customer to track the consignment status at any given point of time through our website, or by contacting the booking or delivery office.
Online Tracking
Our website offers track & trace facility in terms of domestic and international consignments. A customer can just enter the consignment number of the consignment and status of the same can be viewed online.
Automated E-mail Responses
If in case the consignment number of the shipment asked by the customer is not available in the database of consignment tracking, an automated form will be made available to him. The customer can enter the consignment to be traced in that
on-line tracking form, which will be e-mailed to
track@i-bex.net and an automated response e-mail will be sent. The customer will receive the latest status as and when the consignment status changes.

Technology
We have developed an API which is a programmers interface and set of methods and standards for interfacing with the website. API is based around XML RPC (a remote procedure call language which is the standard for Internet based transaction systems). We can develop interfaces for just about any operating system (Java, Linux & Microsoft platforms via OCX object). Once the connection between our system and your web based system is established then your company's system is able to generate Way Bill Numbers against order number, track and trace consignments, confirm the status of each consignment, via a secure based Internet channel.
Another software developed by us enables us to customise and prepare the documents for volume printing. The data is organised to meet the customer requirements and also make it convenient for distribution.
